Omo-Ghandi Olaoye
Chancellor
Omo is the founder and Pastor in charge of the Jesus Women Ministries, a women’s ministry that addresses pertinent women’s issues from birth to old age, with a view to positively affecting these areas in line with the Word of God.
The Jesus Women Ministries is the women’s ministry of the RCCG Jesus House, DC. She is an attorney by training.
Kunle Malomo
Dean and Faculty Leader
Kunle Malomo is the Dean of the Youth Entrepreneurship Program. Kunle served as a volunteer entrepreneurship instructor at JHDC’s Haggai Business School and Dean of the Redeemer Business School for which he was recognized by the Governor of Maryland, USA. Kunle also guest lectured and evaluated student business plans in the Entrepreneurship in Africa course (AAAS 212) at Harvard University from 2015 to 2017. Kunle was selected as a Global Leader for Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland and recognized by Philadelphia Business Journal as one of its 40 under 40. Kunle completed an MBA at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania where he won Henry Morgenthau and Shils Zeidman fellowships and Whitney M. Young new venture competition. Kunle also holds a BSc Electrical and Electronic Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications Engineering. Kunle is a Doctoral candidate at the ISM, International School of Management, Paris.
Ife Malomo
Teaching Assistant
Ife Malomo is a student at River Hill High School, Clarksville, MD in the Computer Science track of the Jumpstart program. She has been an intern at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab in the Air and Missile Defense department and also completed seven courses in the Johns Hopkins APL STEM Academy. In her free time, Ife likes to draw and volunteer in various community outreach programs.
Sola Sodeinde
Faculty
Mr. Sola Sodeinde is an Entrepreneur and CEO of Sodex Konsult LLC, a small business with focus in Project Management and Program Support, Business Consulting, Professional Development Workshop and Training.
Mr. Sodeinde holds an MBA from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management/Minor in Accounting.
He is also an Accredited Small Business Consultant (ASBC)©
Mr. Sodeinde has several years of professional working experience in leading and managing cost analysis and estimating, program and project management, and business strategies teams in support Department of Defense programs.
Mr. Sodeinde is currently an administrator with JHDC Haggai Business Network and Haggai Business School.
Mr. Sodeinde was an adjunct professor of New Venture Planning and Entrepreneur at the University of Maryland University College.
Shola Adekeye
Board Member and Strategy Advisor
Shola runs an independent consultancy that provides technical and commercial advisory services to firms developing or investing in natural gas and renewable power projects mostly to underserved communities in Africa.
He has extensive management and executive experience in strategy development, commercial negotiations and business operations in the energy industry at Mubadala Investment Company, Schlumberger, ExxonMobil and Hess Corporation. Shola has lived and worked extensively in the United States, Venezuela, the UAE and Nigeria.
He has deep expertise in strategy development, commercial negotiations and running of business operations.
Shola is passionate about coaching and people development and he currently serves on the board the nonprofit Military Veterans of America which provides prepares United States military veterans for successful transition to civilian lives.
He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria graduating at the top of his class; and his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
David Saunier
Board Advisor for YEP
David Saunier volunteers his time to coach our students on the creative elements of starting and running a business.
David is a partner at CentriTech, a company that provides smart technology to housing nationwide. Centri focuses on outcomes—top-notch networks, increased energy efficiency, lower resident turnover, better resident services, and a platform for the future of technology innovation in the home.
David is also a partner and creative director at Urban Pixels, LLC, a design firm made up of designers, coders, illustrators, photographers, tinkerers which seeks out opportunities to work with brands that are dedicated to making a difference for the betterment of humanity. David has a BS from University of Maryland.
